Obey 40 programming

I am new to programming the obey 40...Is there any way to set the timing of your show, other than the sliders..What I wanted to do is set scene 1 for 2 seconds and then scene 2 for 4 secs., etc....Anyway to do this? It seems rediculous that the whole show has to run at one speed..I realize that i could manually change it.

Another question...i created 8 scenes and created one chase on bank 1..Now how do I procede from here to create more scenes and chases..

The Obey 40 does not record fade and rate times.

You can store up to 240 steps into one of the six chases. These can be copied as full banks or individual scenes from within the banks.

Still have no answer to the following question...

Another question...i created 8 scenes and created one chase on bank 1..Now how do I procede from here to create more scenes and chases..

I created 8 more scenes, saved to chase 1 bank..So now i have 2 chases saved in 2 banks..Decide to play what I had done..Selected auto,and all played as expected, except it only played bank2...What do I need to do?

You need to copy Bank 1 and save it to Chase 1. Then copy Bank 2 to Chase 1. Now all 16 scenes will chase and repeat in what ever mode selected.

If the Obey 40 does not record rate time, what brand and model does this (i.e. what would be the next step up in terms of cost?)
