Control/Dimming Strand GSX Control

We recently received our board back from the shop, it was in for power repairs, but when we got it back it still did not work correctly. The board powers up and 8 lights come on. These 8 lights that turn on are not listed on the board. The board has no control over what is on. I checked the settings and we are outputting an AMX 192 signal, this matches our system.

Any ideas what I might be missing?

Is it the same 8 lights every time? Do they go out when you unplug the AMX192 cable? Do others work as expected? With proper training, have you swapped dimmer modules around to verify it's not one or several bad SSR s?
