I don't know where you get your fresnels, but where I get mine, they don't come with shutters. That'd be a bit of a problem, what with how close the lamp needs to be to the lens to achieve a wide flood, and with how wide the light beam is at that point.
I believe the original poster meant the four handles built into almost all older Colortran fixtures. Push in the right side and the beam of light gets cut off on the left side, and likewise for top bottom and left.
^Shutters on a fresnel? The only fresnels I've heard of made by Colortran were the basic 6" and 8", and both used barn doors. Are they maybe from Berkey-Colortran, or one of the many other Colortran spinoffs?
