Microphones Area Mic'ing a stage with Boundary Mics

Hi folks,

I'm currently working on a show that requires sound reinforcement. I'm going to use three boundaries spread evenly across the stage with one centre.

My budget won't allow for Crown's but I've come across these alternatives and wondered if anyone had any experience with them:

My gut tells me you pay for what you get and they might not be up to the job but maybe someone has had happy times with them.

There is a plethora of boundary mic choices besides Crown. Check out Bartlett Audio. Bruce Bartlett designed the PCC-160 at Crown and has started his own company.

They weren't cheap - maybe a little cheaper than the Crowns - but I really like the Bartlett series (125?).
