how can I trigger my console via midi. I have an express and an element. I would like to trigger through Protools From my mBox Midi out.

Well, first off you'd need to find what MIDI commands the board responds to, then you'd need to get software capable of implementing those commands...

I'd suggest QLab, it's Mac only, but is a very nice tool. It allows audio and MIDI, and even video to be cued up and play through specific outputs...

it should read your mbox as audio and MIDI out, iirc
