ETC Ion submasters displaying incorrectly

Hello All,

I am a student lighting designer at my High School and we are currently working on our student directed musical. Today was our first day of Dry Tech and all the submasters were completely messed up on the fader wing screen. It was showing Submaster 1 three times and Submaster 10 where 20 should've been. I was going to program some submasters but I cant seem to fix it. I will post a picture as soon as I get back to school on monday. Thank you in advance.

You need to clear the submasters from the faders and reassign them. You can do this by holding shift and pressing both buttons under the fader to clear it. Then, type "Sub [x] Enter" and pressing both buttons under the fader again to assign the desired submaster to the fader. Or, if you are using the virtual faders on a monitor, hold shift and click "Load" above the fader to clear, and then "Sub [x] Enter" and click load to assign.
