I have been in the price of training the custodian that uses it the most hoe to use it properly and not just going in there and pushing buttons till it comes on.

Two years ago I had the quietest sophomore at our school on top of a ladder, adjusting a shutter, and dropping a gel into a 360Q. (We set her up for success as we do all of our students.) Everybody in the show stopped rehearsing to watch. That tech ended up running the board that year, and trained her replacement the next year, so she could be in the next show.
