Conventional Fixtures Replacement ID help? Shakespeare socket

I am currently in need of some help with a replacement part for our school lighting fixture! Our school maintaince workers came Thursday and replaced some light builbs. They discovered a "broken" Profile light; what we think is broken is the socket that holds the light, but we're not sure! The light is a Shakes Speare 15-33 I currently don't have any pictures of the light, but I do of the socket. I can google some pictures of the light if need be. My question is does anyone have any knowledge of the lights and can point me to the part?

Can you show us on the picture where the light touched you in your bad place?

For just a socket, you don't need to buy from/through Altman.
