Anyone know what this "junction box" is?

Looks like a basic surface mounted outlet box with 3 20amp twistlock outlets. Not really worth much if you don't use twist-lock!

Really what use is a random junction box and a few female plugs if it doesn't even have a tail on it? The expensive part is in proper wiring for installation that you're gonna need. I'm gonna have to agree with Bill here this kinda spells like a "Stuff I grabbed as I ran out of the theater" kind of auction.
